How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Save the conversation using the channel's available export option if provided. Avoid publicly sharing a transcript that contains private purchase details.
What should I check if I need to change or cancel an order?
Review the scope of a cancellation so you know whether it covers the whole order or one part. If cancellation involves a refund, check the stated process rather than assuming immediate completion.
What should I check before applying store credit to an order?
Keep credit codes private rather than posting them in public messages. Look for the applied deduction in the final order summary.
